Fatnas Spring (Fantasy Island)
Probably a better spring than the famous Cleopatra's Spring, but very near the city of Siwa, Fantasy Island is actually located on an island in Lake Siwa and may be found by crossing a causeway. It is set among lush plant life, and there is a small restaurant nearby.
However, as with all springs in the area, it is wise to consider local customs. People do not bath in these pools in skimpy swimsuits, and in fact, most often remain clothed. Therefore, a good idea if one intents to bath here is to bring a covering garment suitable to the occasion.
