Archpriest's Chasuble (sakkos)
This is an all-embroidered archpriest's chasuble (sakkos) of outstanding workmanship, dating to the 18th century. One side shows the Tree of Jesse illustrating the genealogy of the Holy Virgin and of Jesus Christ. The other side shows Christ as High Priest and the twelve Apostles, with God the Father and the Holy Spirit "consenting" above the figure of Christ.
