Mutemwiya

18th Dynasty

Mutemwiya was the wife of Tuthmosis IV and is thought to have been a Mitanni princess who was given to the king as a tribute. She was the mother of the heir to the throne, Amenhotep III. She was highly honored by the Egyptians and was buried at Thebes.
